Include your app version, device model, system version and what happened. Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes and private notes.
How does cloud sync work?
Sign in under Account & cloud. Changes sync while Thread is open, approximately every 20 seconds. Offline edits upload when connectivity returns. Check Library & sync for pending changes or conflicts. Cloud files are limited to 50 MB each.
I cannot sign in.
Check the email address you entered and look in your spam folder. Use the latest sign-in code in the Email code field. If needed, request a new code. Never share your code with support or anyone else.
How do I bring in existing notes?
Use the import feature to select exported documents or a folder. Unzip archives first. Review suggested placements before importing. Uncertain notes can go into Needs organizing. Common document formats can become editable notes; native files from other apps may be retained as attachments rather than fully converted.
How do I open something on the Thread map?
Double-click a card to open it. A single click selects it, and dragging rearranges it. You can also use the Open button on the selected item.
Why are meeting summaries unavailable?
Recording requires microphone permission. On-device transcription and summaries depend on supported hardware, system version and language. Make sure everyone in the meeting knows you are recording.
How do I back up or delete my data?
Export a library backup from Library & sync before troubleshooting. To delete your cloud account permanently, open Account & cloud → Delete account and verify with an email code. This also clears the synced library on that device. Remove exported backups and copies on other devices separately. See our privacy policy.
Is Thread available on the App Store?
The first release is being prepared for Apple review and will be free at launch. An App Store download link will appear here when it is available.
